The supreme accomplishment is to blur the line between work and play.
What a fun challenge this week: orange! The challenge is to share multiple images of orange, all shades, textures, and types. At first, I didn’t think I would have very many pics to share, but looks like I was wrong! If you want to check out the other orangish tints, go here!
Just a couple of weeks ago, I was pretty sure winter was on its way out and spring was surely just around the corner. One of the crazy things about life here is that you never know from day-to-day or hour-to-hour even what the weather will do. Within the course of 24 hours this past week, we went from enjoying the sun and spring-like conditions to snow, thanks to winter storm Octavia. We didn’t get much snow, just a couple of inches, and it was really a more of a wintry mix – rain, sleet and snow. But it was cold, very cold (and still is!)
While much of the weather news this week was about winter storm Juno, in northwest Arkansas, we were soaking up the sun and spring-like temperatures. We enjoyed the winter respite and spent as much time as possible outdoors this week. Good thing too, winter storm Linus is on its way, so our coming week will start out a little rainy. But hey, it could be worse!
Wow, are we really nearing the end of January? That’s just hard to believe, I don’t know where the time goes. When I first decided to write this little weekly review (first post here), I had no idea how I would, week-after-week, go about sharing all the dimensions of “abundance” in my life (my one-word vision for 2015). But, thankfully, there are a number of things to share. And this week, I have some wonderful news! Hint: it’s in regards to a little bundle of joy!
